Vermut Premium Madrid & Darracott. We present our official vermouth, in collaboration with Pista Corta Bodegas, created with a base of two wines made from Airén grapes, which provides stability and the ability to integrate with the 12 botanicals with which it macerates, and Tempranillo, which provides natural sweetness. All of this is aged in barrels. In addition to absinthe, we can find notes of orange, thyme, elderflower, marjoram, sage and calamus.
