Description

Valdespino Fino Inocente. A fortified wine made by Grupo Estévez from 100% Palomino grape variety in the D.O. Jerez – Xérès – Sherry. It has a first fermentation in American oak barrels, and remains with its lees under flor veil between 2 and 3 months. After its classification and deslío it is alcoholized at 15º, remaining as overtablage for a minimum of one year before being aged for the last 8 to 10 years.
