Un Año Después. A 100% Mencía rosé wine made by Adega Ponte da Boga in the D.O. Ribeira Sacra, aged for 4 months on the lees. The palate is dominated by strawberry, melon and celery flavors, with intense notes of candy, strawberry, rose and blackberry. This project is also the culmination of 4 EPs published by the musical group Mäbu (“Primavera” -“Spring”-, “Verano” -“Summer”-, “Otoño” -“Autumn”- and “Invierno” -“Winter”-), compiled in an album called “Un año después” -“A year later”-, made with sustainable materials, in line with the winery’s philosophy of preserving the natural legacy of the Miño and Sil rivers.
