Roquero Rojo Tinto. A 100% Garnacha Tintorera red wine made by Raíces del Mundo in the D.O. Almansa by carbonic maceration for a minimum of seven days. This type of maceration, typical of northern Spain, is used to obtain wines more quickly while preserving their properties. Once again, Raíces del Mundo breaks the rules by using this technique in the south of the country. Subsequently, it is fermented in aluminum tanks.
