Ramos Pinto 20 Year Old Tawny Porto Quinta do Bom Retiro. Also known as “RP20”, this Port fortified wine is made by Ramos Pinto in Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Cão varieties. It is a blend of lots of wines with an average age of 20 years. The nose presents fruity aromas such as grapefruit or apricot, as well as dried fruits such as almond or hazelnut accompanied by a hint of cocoa and aromas typical of its aging such as vanilla, toast, caramel and spices. On the palate it attacks in a fine way expressing its complexity of flavors where fruits persist accompanied by notes of ripe and dry nuts. It is an elegant and persistent wine with a finish reminiscent of licorice.
