Description
Pi 3,1415 Tinto. A red wine 100% Concejon (also known as Moristel or Juan Ibáñez) variety, produced by Bodegas Langa in Calatayud (Aragon), which does not belong to the D.O. Calatayud, but to the wine region of Aragon. This is one of those innovative wines that we love, from a rare grape variety, made by a family winery with a long tradition. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, and it is then aged for 12 months. Before release, it rests for 6 months or more in its bottle. It is cherry red, with purple hues and aromas of cocoa, tobacco and red fruits. The palate is unctuous, oily and velvety.
