Description

Pazo de Seoane Rosal. White wine made from Albariño varieties (60%) and complemented with others (Caiño Blanco, Loureira and Treixadura) by Bodegas Lagar de Cervera (Grupo La Rioja Alta) in the D.O. Rias Baixas. The malolactic fermentation of each variety is carried out separately, until the final blending prior to bottling. The wine then rests on its lees for about 4 months.
