An historic old manor house with gorgeous overgrown gardens and vineyards that produce exceptional wines a stone’s throw from the Atlantic coast. What more do you want? This is a crisp and elegant 100% Albariño white that has had just 3 months of batonnage on the lees to add a touch of weight to the wine. The nose is a flurry of peaches and lemons, melon and grapefruit and some saline minerality. The palate is full and complex with a delightful zippiness to it. About as perfect an example of Albariño as you could ask for.
