Paredinas

Description

Paredinas. Red wine produced by Bodegas Estancia Piedra in the D.O. Toro in 100% Tinta de Toro variety. It is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle before being marketed to the public. It comes from a vineyard called Paredinas, planted in 1927 on a hillside. Harvesting is manual and totally respectful of the grapes. It has an intense ruby color. The nose presents intense aromas of black fruits (blackberry and plum) and acid red fruits (cassis and raspberry), full of balsamic and spicy nuances. In the mouth it is very silky, velvety and powerful, with a very persistent and aromatic finish.
