O Luar do Sil Godello. This could be one of the prettiest bottles of white wine that we have; with its transparent bottle of glass stopper. O Luar do Sil is a side project of the legendary Ribera del Duero winery Pago de los Capellanes. They decided to focus some of their attention on the marvelous Galician wine region of Valdeorras D.O. and produce some high quality white wine using the grape Godello. The nose is a bomb of melon, apples and pineapple whilst the palate is big and crisp with tropical fruits and passion fruit.
