Description

Moristel 76. Red wine made by Bodegas Pasotismo (collaboration between Batán de Salas and Paso Primero) in the D.O. Somontano in 100% Moristel variety (a rare native variety) and 9 months of aging in 500-liter barrels (or more precisely, 283 days). A light and tense wine, somewhat closed just after opening the bottle, but which evolves and refines enormously after an hour uncorked. Great acidity that combines with red fruits and black berries, with a sweet oak background.
