Mestres Visol Gran Reserva Brut Nature. A sparkling wine from the D.O. Cava produced by Bodegas Cavas Mestres from 45% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeo and 20% Parellada. The first fermentation and aging of the base wine is in barrel on its lees for 6 months. The second fermentation is with the first cork stopper, in a horizontal position on the rima and with an aging of more than 60 months in traditional bottle with its lees under the cellar. Rima stirring is carried out to favor the process of yeast autolysis, achieving an improvement in structure and complexity. After disgorging, the second cork stopper and its identification plate are placed.
