Description

Lustau East India Solera. Fortified wine from Bodegas Lustau, D.O. Jerez – Xérès – Sherry, made from Palomino Fino (80%) and Pedro Ximénez (20%) varieties. Both varieties are combined to age for 3 years in a solera of 45 barrels in the sacristy of the winery. It is made with Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez and aged separately in their respective soleras for 12 years.
