One of our best sparkling wines from the legendary Bodegas Llopart, which is hidden in the hills of Alt Penedés, and which is one of the founding wineries of the Corpinnat wine region. It is a delicious and refined organic blend of Pinot Noir (85%) and Monastrell (15%) aged for 24 months on lees. The nose is very complex with aromas of red fruits of the wild forest perfectly merged with the notes of oats and toast of aging. The palate is full and fruity with a wonderfully persistent finish.
