Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia.
Few sparkling wines manage to become the emblem of a wine region, let alone one as productive and heterogeneous as DO Cava, but that is what has happened to Juvé & Camps with its Reserva de la Familia. We have here the classic coupage of the three grapes of the cava Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, with a result of brilliant pale gold colour, freshness, pleasant texture and a long finish with aromatic memories of white fruits. There are many cavas, most of them delicious, and also bad, but this is a reference that will never disappoint us. If some aliens came and we had to explain to them what a cava is, the easiest thing would be to let them try this wine.
