Fino Lorente & Barba. A fortified wine produced by Lorente & Barba in the D.O. Jerez – Xérès – Sherry, 100% Palomino and an average of 12 years of aging. It has a very pale golden color. On the nose, sharp yeasty aromas of fresh bread dough. And like all good fino, it is very dry, balanced and light on the palate. It is an ideal and versatile wine that combines especially with acidic or salty flavors. It is an ideal accompaniment to seafood and fish, especially those with a marked saline flavor and raw fish (sushi-sashimi).
