Fillaboa Selección Finca Monte Alto. 100% Albariño dry white wine produced by Bodegas Fillaboa in the D.O. Rias Baixas. This wine comes from the pago Monte Alto, one of Fillaboa’s most emblematic plots, on the banks of the Miño River. It is made in the traditional way, with alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and selected indigenous yeasts, remaining on the lees for 12 months in stainless steel tanks. Straw yellow in color with greenish hues, clean and bright. The nose presents intense aromas of ripe fruit, apple, citrus, bakery notes, brioche and light toasted notes that will appear over time in the bottle. The palate is fresh, with well-integrated acidity, unctuous and smooth. Ripe fruit aromas via retronasal, complex and round. It has enormous aging potential.
