Description

El Gordo del Circo. This is an absolute belter of a Verdejo from the guys at Casa Rojo. The team have always had a real talent for making a superb white wine, and their 100% Verdejo from Rueda D.O. is no different. Only the first pressed free run juice is used and that then spends 5 months on the lees. The result is a refreshing and complex white. Creamy stone fruits, some delicate tropical notes and tart melons, peppermints and eucalyptus. The palate is fruity and soft.
