Corga. Red wine of D.O. Ribeira Sacra elaborated by Adega A Corga with Brancellao (60%) and Mencía (40%) varieties. For its production, an initial cold maceration is carried out for 6 days, and then the alcoholic fermentation using only native yeasts inoculated by means of vat foot. Finally, the wine is aged for 22 months in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels.
