Calvestra Brut Nature. Organic sparkling wine made by Bodega Mustiguillo from Merseguera, Chardonnay and Xarel·lo varieties, aged for 60 months in the bottle on its lees. It is a creamy, elegant and fresh sparkling wine, with notes of white flowers, fennel, thyme and dried fruits. Good acidity, well integrated with its fine bubbles. It has a long and persistent finish, and is ideal for drinking with salted meats, Iberian ham and seafood, white meats, rice dishes and grilled fish.
