AT Roca Rosat Brut Reserva. Organic rosé sparkling wine made by Agustí Torelló in the D.O. Penedès (or D.O. Clàssic Penedès), from Macabeo (50%) and Garnacha Negra (50%) varieties. Aged for a minimum of 20 months according to the traditional method. This is a clean and bright sparkling wine with a fine and persistent bubble, with a fruity touch, contributed by the Garnacha Negra from 3 plots of calcareous clays and pebbles from the Conca del Riu Anoia subzone. Fresh on the nose and palate, round in the aftertaste with hints of sour apple.
