Adriá Mencía. 100% Mencía red wine made by Bodegas Adriá in the D.O. Bierzo, aged for 2 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a further 8 months and finally 6 months in the bottle before being sold to the public.
