Abadía da Cova Xuno. Red wine from D.O. Ribeira Sacra made by Abadía da Cova (Adegas Moure) from 100% Mencía and aged for 6 months in barrels. It has a cherry color with intense ruby tones, clean and bright. The nose is intense, mineral and ripe fruit. In the mouth it presents nuances of ripe red fruits, intense black fruits and hints of coffee, ample and with a persistent finish.
